A $250 deposit reserves your place on our puppy reservation list and is applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.
Our Promise: Your reservation deposit is 100% refundable at any time should your plans change. We understand that welcoming a puppy is a big decision, and timing matters! Your deposit helps us thoughtfully plan our litters while giving your family the flexibility to move forward when the time is right.

Why Our Pricing Reflects Our Commitment
Our pricing reflects the extensive health testing performed on our parent dogs, including OFA hips, elbows, and thyroid evaluations, PennHIP, CAER eye examinations, and Embark genetic testing.
But raising healthy, well-adjusted puppies goes far beyond health testing.
Our puppies are raised in real homes, surrounded by the love, attention, and everyday rhythms of family life. Whether they're growing up in our home or with one of our dedicated guardian families, each puppy benefits from intentional early development, daily interaction, socialization, and plenty of affection.
We invest countless hours into helping our puppies develop the confidence, trust, and social skills they'll carry into their new homes.

Our goal has never been simply to raise beautiful Irish Setters. It’s to give each puppy the healthiest, happiest, and most confident start possible—and to support the families who love them for a lifetime.
Reserving Your Puppy
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive your $250 refundable deposit, we'll add you to our reservation list and send you a confirmation.
Whether you're hoping to welcome a puppy from one of our current litters or planning ahead for a future litter, your deposit secures your place in our program and gives your family priority when it's time to match puppies with their new homes.
Why We Limit Advance Reservations
We typically welcome 2–4 litters each year and intentionally accept only five advance reservations per litter before the puppies are born.
Because litter sizes can vary, we believe it's better to under-promise and over-deliver than to promise more puppies than a litter may produce. Keeping our advance reservation lists small allows us to plan thoughtfully and avoid disappointing families.
Once a litter is born and we know how many healthy puppies we have, we open reservations for the remaining puppies.
What does this mean for your family?
Even though we have families reserving puppies well into the future, that doesn't necessarily mean our upcoming litters are fully reserved!
By limiting advance reservations, we often have additional puppies to introduce to families after a litter is born.
Families on our reservation list always receive first priority during our puppy-matching process, which focuses on temperament, personality, and compatibility with each family's lifestyle.
Most of our puppies are reserved before they're old enough to go home, so we encourage families who are seriously considering an Irish Setter to join our reservation list early.
