Your Puppy Journey: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Submit your application.
If you're interested in welcoming a Rocky Mountain Irish Setter into your family, we'd love to get to know you! Submit your application to get started.

2. Schedule a follow-up conversation

We'll review your application within 48 hours and reach out to schedule a follow-up conversation. This gives us a chance to get to know you, answer your questions, and help you determine if a Rocky Mountain Irish Setter is the right fit for your family.

3. Reserve your puppy.
Once you're ready, a $250 reservation deposit secures your place on our waiting list. Deposits are typically made through Venmo, PayPal, or another secure payment app. The remaining balance isn't due until you receive your puppy.

4. Enjoy complete peace of mind.
Your reservation deposit is 100% refundable at any time—for any reason. It simply allows us to thoughtfully plan puppy placements and prioritize families who are ready to welcome a puppy into their home.

5. Meet your puppy.
At 7 weeks of age, we carefully match each puppy with their new family based on temperament, lifestyle, and preferences. We can do this in person or through a video call if you're out of the area.

6. Plan your puppy's travel journey home.

Once your puppy has been matched, we'll finalize your travel plans together. Whether you're picking up your puppy in Utah or choosing our White Glove Delivery Service, we'll coordinate dates, flights, and logistics to ensure a smooth, stress-free journey. Planning ahead allows us to reserve the best travel options and make your puppy's homecoming as seamless as possible.

7. Welcome your puppy home.

Our puppies are ready to go to their forever homes between 8–10 weeks of age, depending on the individual puppy and travel arrangements. Whether you pick up your puppy in Utah or choose our White Glove Delivery Service, we'll make sure your newest family member arrives home safely.

The remaining balance is due when your puppy is picked up or personally delivered to your family. Because payment isn't due until this point, you can reserve your puppy with confidence while we prepare for your puppy's homecoming.

Reserving Your Puppy

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once your reservation deposit is received, we'll immediately add you to our reservation list and send you a confirmation.

Whether you're hoping for a puppy from our current litter or would like to reserve a spot for a future litter, your reservation secures your place in line for puppy selection.

We work incredibly hard to give our puppies the best start possible. We breed with a strong focus on health and temperament, and we want each puppy to go to an amazing home where they’ll be truly loved and treated as part of the family.

Why can’t I choose my puppy at birth?
Temperament cannot be accurately evaluated in the first few weeks of life. We wait until 7 weeks, when personality traits are developmentally visible and measurable.

Do deposits secure picking order?
Yes. Families choose in the order deposits are received, once temperament evaluations are complete.
