Looking Ahead to 2027! ❤️🐾
As we wrap up another wonderful year at Rocky Mountain Irish Setters, we have just four puppies remaining from our 2026 litters! Each has a unique personality, and we're excited to help them find the perfect families to call their own.
We believe that finding the right puppy is just as important as finding the right time. We invite you to meet our four remaining puppies and learn more about their personalities in the individual bios below.
Now Accepting Reservations for 2027!
We're also looking ahead to an exciting new year! We are tentatively planning three litters for 2027, with our first litter expected in January.

January 2027 – Our first litter of the new year!
-
Spring 2027 – Our second anticipated litter.
-
Late Summer/Fall 2027 – Our third anticipated litter.
As always, these are tentative plans, and timing may shift depending on our girls and Mother Nature!

❤️🐾 Meet Daisy — The Adventurer! 🐾❤️
Born: June 24, 2026
Mom: Rose
Personality: The Adventurer — Fearless, Brilliant, Energetic & Full of Love!
If you've ever wondered what happens when you take everything we love about Irish Setters and turn it up to MAXIMUM VOLUME… meet Daisy! 😂❤️
Daisy is EVERYTHING you'd expect from an Irish Setter—and then some! She's affectionate, goofy, intelligent, adventurous, and absolutely bursting with personality.
And the energy? Oh, the ENERGY! 🚀
This girl isn't just going places. She's going to the MOON and back, probably before you've finished your morning coffee!
We affectionately call her "Krypto" after Superman's dog, because we're fairly certain Daisy has superpowers. She doesn't simply walk across a room when she can launch herself off the furniture, bounce off a wall, and somehow land exactly where she intended.
PARKOUR is her love language. 😂
And her brain? It operates approximately twice as fast as the rest of ours. She's curious, quick-thinking, incredibly clever, and always looking for her next adventure.
But here's what makes Daisy so special…
Underneath all that boundless energy is an incredibly loving girl. She adores people, thrives on interaction, and has the kind of joyful enthusiasm for life that's absolutely contagious.
Now, let's talk about her future family. ❤️
Daisy is not looking for a quiet, laid-back lifestyle. She's looking for ADVENTURE!
She would thrive with an active family that understands high-energy sporting dogs and is excited about providing daily physical exercise, mental enrichment, consistent training, and plenty of opportunities to put that brilliant little brain to work.
Hiking? YES!
Running? ABSOLUTELY!
Agility training? SHE WAS BORN FOR IT!
Learning new tricks? BRING IT ON!
Daisy has tremendous potential with the right family. She needs people who will channel that incredible enthusiasm into something wonderful while also helping her learn how to settle, relax, and enjoy the quieter moments of life.
We want to be very clear: Daisy is A LOT of dog! 😂 And we mean that in the most affectionate way possible.
She's going to challenge you, entertain you, keep you on your toes, and love you with every ounce of her big Irish Setter heart.
She's not going to be the perfect fit for every family—and that's okay! Our goal has never been to place puppies quickly. It's to find the RIGHT family for each puppy.
Daisy doesn't need an ordinary family. She needs a SUPER family! 🦸♀️🐾
And whoever that family turns out to be? They're in for one heck of a good time!
Premium Trained Puppies
Looking for an Irish Setter puppy without quite as much of the “tiny puppy chaos”?
For families who love the idea of bringing home a puppy who is a little older, a little more settled, and already well underway with foundational training, these puppies are an incredible option.
We often hear from families who ask whether we ever have older puppies available — especially puppies around 5 months and older who have already had extra time to mature, learn household routines, and build confidence.
Because of that, we decided to try something new as part of our premium puppy program.
We intentionally held back four of our favorite puppies and placed them in a private, one-on-one four-week training program with a professional trainer near us.
During this time, they are continuing to build on the foundation they already received here at home, including:
-
Crate training
-
Potty training
-
Leash work
-
Basic obedience
-
Socialization
-
Household manners
-
Everyday routines
-
Confidence in new environments
In other words… you can skip a little of the crazy young-puppy phase. Your slippers may thank you! 😂
These older puppies will complete their professional training program and be ready to go home after November 2, 2026.
We’ll also be sharing videos and updates soon so families can follow their progress and get to know each puppy’s individual personality and temperament.
Premium Trained Puppy Pricing
$7,900 per puppy
Our Premium Trained Puppies receive additional time, care, socialization, and structured training before joining their families. Their pricing reflects this added investment and the convenience of bringing home a puppy with an established training foundation.
If this type of puppy is especially appealing to you, please mention it in the comments section of our puppy application so we know you are interested in one of our older, professionally trained puppies.
We believe this can be a wonderful option for families who want the joy of bringing home a young Irish Setter while having a little more of the early foundation already in place.
Thank you so much for your interest in a Rocky Mountain Irish Setter puppy!
